Deine Aufgaben
  • Du arbeitest im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen aus aller Welt und unterstützt sie bei fachlichen und technischen Fragen rund um unsere Softwarelösungen.
  • Du analysierst, priorisierst und löst komplexe Anwendungsprobleme im engen Austausch mit Kolleg:innen aus Produktentwicklung und Projektmanagement.
  • Du entwickelst dein Wissen über IPOINT-Produkte, Hosting-Umgebungen und kundenspezifische Setups kontinuierlich weiter, um jederzeit kompetent unterstützen zu können.
  • Du bewertest eingehende Supportanfragen und koordinierst Eskalationen souverän und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du führst Softwareinstallationen, Updates und Upgrades zuverlässig durch.
  • Du hilfst beim Aufbau von Support-Dokumentationen und Wissensdatenbanken mit und sorgst dafür, dass dein Know-how auch anderen zugutekommt.
  • Du bist bei internen Projekten dabei und bringst dich mit Ideen und Initiative aktiv ins Team ein.
  • Du beteiligst dich auch an unserer Rufbereitschaft.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Material- bzw. Produkt-Compliance oder einem verwandten Feld.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support oder in einem ähnlich technischen Tätigkeitsfeld.
  • Du bringst Know-how mit in Webservern (Apache, Tomcat), Betriebssystemen (Windows, Linux) und hast idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse (XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java) sowie Erfahrung mit Datenbanken (Oracle).
  • Du kennst dich mit Microsoft Office aus und hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie JIRA oder Confluence.
  • Du hast schon mit ITIL oder vergleichbaren Serviceprozessen gearbeitet und bist mit strukturiertem Incident-Management vertraut.
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen Material Compliance, IMDS oder Product Sustainability mit – oder kennst die Prozesse von OEMs und/oder Zulieferbetrieben bereits.
  • Du gehst analytisch und lösungsorientiert an Herausforderungen heran und kannst technische Sachverhalte klar und verständlich vermitteln.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und teamorientiert – und bleibst auch in stressigen Situationen souverän.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst dich auch auf Englisch sicher verständigen – schriftlich wie mündlich.

You are the voice of our company, both externally and internally, ensuring that customers around the world feel well supported – with a friendly, solution-oriented approach and a true hands-on mentality.

Your mission
  • You communicate directly with our customers around the globe, supporting them with professional and technical inquiries regarding our software solutions.
  • You analyze, prioritize and solve complex application-related issues in close collaboration with colleagues from Product Development and Project Management.
  • You continuously expand your knowledge of IPOINT products, hosting environments and customer-specific setups to provide high-level support at all times.
  • You assess incoming support tickets and coordinate escalations in a structured and solution-oriented way.
  • You independently perform software installations, updates, and upgrades.
  • You contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge bases, ensuring your expertise is shared across the team.
  • You actively participate in internal projects and contribute ideas and initiative to help drive improvements.
  • You also take part in our on-call support rotation.
Your profile
  • You have a degree or a comparable qualification in (business) informatics, material/product compliance or a related field.
  • You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in IT support or in a similarly technical role.
  • You have hands-on knowledge of web servers (Apache, Tomcat), operating systems (Windows and Linux) and ideally programming skills (XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java) as well as experience with databases (Oracle).
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office and ideally have experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
  • You are familiar with ITIL or similar service frameworks and have worked with structured incident management processes.
  • Ideally, you have first-hand experience in fields like Material Compliance, IMDS, or Product Sustainability – or you understand the processes of OEMs and/or automotive suppliers.
  • You approach challenges analytically and solution-oriented and can communicate technical information clearly and understandably.
  • You work reliably, in a structured, team-oriented way – and remain calm and focused even under pressure.
  • You are fluent in German and have strong English language skills – both written and spoken.
