Your mission
- You create insightful reports in Excel from various data sources, including HubSpot
- You develop initiatives to improve the performance of the inbound and outbound teams
- You collaborate on the development and implementation of new outbound processes and create the corresponding documentation and guidelines
- You support the team by creating guides and training sessions for the optimal use of HubSpot, carry out data cleansing, and prepare reports
- You build targeted lists of potential customers through prospecting with tools such as LinkedIn Navigator and Apollo to support our sales activities
Your profile
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration/Controlling, Data Science, Sustainability, or a related field of study
- You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems, SQL, VBA, or BI tools is an advantage
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
- You have strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- You enjoy working independently in a structured way as part of a team
