Junior IT System Administrator (m/w/d)

Du möchtest deine IT-Karriere starten und erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld sammeln? Dann werde Teil unseres internen IT-Teams! In dieser Rolle unterstützt du bei der Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit unserer IT-Systeme – mit Fokus auf Netzwerk- und Serverinfrastruktur, SaaS-Anwendungen und Application Management.
Deine Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von IT-Anfragen im 1st Level Support 
  • Freundliche und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit internen Kolleg:innen
  • Dokumentation deiner Lösungen und Prozesse nach Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Wartung unserer Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (On-Premise & Cloud)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Bereitstellung und Überwachung unserer Server- und Systemlandschaft
  • Organisation des IT-On- und Offboardings: Ausstattung neuer Kolleg:innen mit IT-Equipment und Einrichtung der Zugänge
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung (z. B. durch Ausbildung, Praktikum oder Werkstudententätigkeit) 
  • Grundkenntnisse in:
    • Netzwerk-Administration
    • Windows- & Linux-Server
    • Endpoint Management
    • Microsoft Entra ID (ehem. Azure AD)
    • IT Security
    • MS Office & SaaS-Anwendungen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch sehr gut, Englisch gut 
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, lernbereit und arbeitest strukturiert
