Dein Profil

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Security.
Erfahrung in Netzwerkadministration, Endpoint Security und Softwareverteilung.
Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Denkweise, gepaart mit Teamführungskompetenz und Eigeninitiative.
Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift.

Deine Aufgaben

Führung & IT-Strategie: Du leitest und entwickelst ein engagiertes IT-Team (2 IT-Mitarbeiter, 2 Werkstudenten), optimierst IT-Prozesse und arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um die IT als echten Business-Enabler zu positionieren.
Microsoft 365 & IT-Betrieb: Du verwaltest, optimierst und entwickelst unsere Microsoft 365-Umgebung (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune) weiter. Du implementierst neue Features und sorgst für effiziente Automatisierung und Lizenzverwaltung.
IT-Infrastruktur & Netzwerke: Du bist verantwortlich für unsere IT-Umgebung – von Servern über Storage bis hin zur Virtualisierung. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls, VLANs) stabil, sicher und skalierbar bleibt.
IT-Security & Datenschutz: Sicherheit steht bei Dir an erster Stelle. Du entwickelst und implementierst IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien, verwaltest Security-Tools (z. B. Sophos XGS, Intercept X, M365 Security) und führst Audits sowie Schulungen durch, um Sicherheitsrisiken zu minimieren.
Softwareverteilung & IT-Asset-Management: Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Softwareverteilung, managst Updates und Patches und hältst unsere IT-Assets transparent und gut dokumentiert.

Your profile

A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable IT education.
Several years of experience in IT operations, ideally with management responsibility.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, IT infrastructure, and IT security.
Experience in network administration, endpoint security, and software distribution.
A structured, solution-oriented mindset, coupled with team leadership skills and initiative.
Professional fluency in German and English, written and spoken.

Your mission

Leadership & IT Strategy: You will lead and develop a dedicated IT team (2 IT employees, 2 working students), optimize IT processes and work closely with other departments to position IT as a true business enabler.
Microsoft 365 & IT Operations: You will manage, optimize and further develop our Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune). You will implement new features and ensure efficient automation and license management.
IT infrastructure & networks: You are responsible for our IT environment – from servers and storage to virtualization. You ensure that our network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, VLANs) remains stable, secure and scalable.
IT security & data protection: Security is your top priority. You develop and implement IT security guidelines, manage security tools (e.g. Sophos XGS, Intercept X, M365 Security) and conduct audits and training to minimize security risks.
Software distribution & IT asset management: You ensure smooth software distribution, manage updates and patches, and keep our IT assets transparent and well documented.
