Your profile

At least 3 years of proven sales experience: We are looking for someone who has a track record of success in sales. If you’ve worked in SaaS sales or have experience selling enterprise software, that's a huge plus.
Master of Multi-Stakeholder Sales: You know how to navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across departments. You’re comfortable with complex budgeting and managing multiple moving parts.
Pitching to the C-Level: You can confidently present and pitch solutions to executives and decision-makers, and drive discussions at the highest levels. If you're ready to bring your A-game, let's talk!
End-to-End Sales Expertise: You’ve successfully driven the entire sales cycle using the MEDDIC Framework and know how to close deals. Ready to take full ownership of your sales pipeline?
Creating Value and Justifying Costs: You excel at building solid value propositions and effectively justifying costs to potential clients, ensuring they understand the ROI they’ll get.
Exceptional Outbound Prospecting: If outbound sales is your strength and you thrive on finding and nurturing new leads, this role is for you.
Deep Industry Knowledge: You have hands-on experience with material compliance, product sustainability, and a solid understanding of industries like automotive, electronics, or discrete manufacturing.
Fluent in German and English: You communicate effortlessly in both languages on a business level, ensuring smooth interaction with international clients.

Your mission

Prospect and Win New Business: Identify and prospect new logos, uncover customer challenges, and present tailored solutions from our iPoint solution portfolio to solve business problems.
Lead the Full Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, with a focus on large deals and efficient sales cycles.
Accurate Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Reliably forecast opportunities and manage a robust pipeline to consistently achieve your quota using the MEDDIC sales methodology.
Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and executives, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Leverage iPoint’s Ecosystem: Engage the full iPoint ecosystem to maximize value for clients and present our complete solution portfolio.
Achieve and Exceed Targets: Maintain a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while maintaining a proactive sales approach.
Manage Long-Term Client Partnerships: Develop lasting relationships across all levels, securing long-term business success.
Accurate CRM Management: Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting within the company's CRM system.

Dein Profil

Mindestens 3 Jahre nachweisbare Vertriebserfahrung: Wir suchen jemanden mit Erfolgsbilanz im Vertrieb. Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung im SaaS-Vertrieb oder mit dem Verkauf von Unternehmenssoftware.

Führung des gesamten Verkaufszyklus: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess – von der Lead-Generierung bis zum Abschluss – mit Fokus auf große Deals und effiziente Verkaufszyklen.
Zuverlässige Prognosen & Pipeline-Management: Du erstellst präzise Prognosen für Opportunities und managst eine starke Pipeline, um deine Quoten kontinuierlich zu erreichen – basierend auf der MEDDIC-Verkaufsmethodik.
Starke Beziehungen aufbauen: Du baust enge Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern, Entscheidungsträgern und Führungskräften auf und stellst eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung sicher.
iPoint-Ökosystem nutzen: Du nutzt das gesamte iPoint-Ökosystem, um unseren Kunden maximalen Mehrwert zu bieten und unser gesamtes Lösungsportfolio optimal zu positionieren.
