In dieser Schlüsselposition fungierst Du als Brücke zwischen unseren Kunden und den innovativen iPoint-Lösungen im Bereich Product / Material Compliance & Sustainability. Mit Deinem tiefen Verständnis für komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen übersetzt Du Herausforderungen in maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und unterstützt unsere Kunden strategisch bei der Optimierung ihrer Prozesse.

Deine Aufgaben

Beratung und Kundenbetreuung: Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und zeigst passgenaue Lösungen aus unserem Portfolio auf. Dabei agierst du als vertrauenswürdiger Berater für Neukunden sowie Bestandskunden.
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb: Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team aktiv in allen Phasen – von Discovery über Value Pitching bis hin zur Erstellung von Scoping-Dokumenten und Statements of Work.
Erstellung von Vertriebs- und Beratungsmaterialien: Du entwickelst Dokumente und Materialien zur strategischen Unterstützung des Vertriebs.
Markt- und Bedarfsanalyse: Du identifizierst Markt- und Produktpotenziale und bringst deine Erkenntnisse in die Produktentwicklung ein.
Repräsentation: Du vertrittst iPoint auf Fachkonferenzen und Workshops und trägst so zur Positionierung unserer Marke als Marktführer bei.

Dein Profil

Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeit, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Wirtschaft.
Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im Bereich Presales, technische Beratung oder in relevanten Industrien wie Automotive, Elektronik oder Fertigung.
Fachkenntnisse: Fundiertes Wissen in Product Compliance, Sustainability, PCF, LCA, CSRD sowie Erfahrung in der Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen.
Soft Skills: Offenheit, Neugier, Empathie, Frustrationstoleranz, strategisches Denken und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.
Sprachen: Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1).
Technische Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel; idealerweise Kenntnisse im MEDDICC-Vertriebsansatz.

Join our mission at iPoint to change the world through compliance and sustainability. As a Senior Solution Consultant (m/f/d) in Reutlingen, Munich, or Hamburg, you will help us realize our vision of a sustainable future and actively shape it.

In this key position, you will act as a bridge between our customers and the innovative iPoint solutions in the area of Product / Material Compliance & Sustainability. With your deep understanding of complex regulatory requirements, you will turn challenges into tailor-made solutions and provide strategic support to our customers in optimizing their processes.

Your mission

Consulting and customer care: You analyze customer requirements and identify tailored solutions from our portfolio. In doing so, you act as a trusted advisor for new and existing customers.
Collaboration with sales: You actively support our sales team in all phases – from discovery and value pitching to the creation of scoping documents and statements of work.
Creation of sales and consulting materials: You develop documents and materials to strategically support sales.
Market and demand analysis: You identify market and product potential and feed your insights into product development.
Representation: You represent iPoint at industry conferences and workshops, thus contributing to the positioning of our brand as a market leader

Your profile

Education: Degree in natural sciences, sustainability, engineering, or economics.
Experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a pre-sales, technical consulting role, or in relevant industries such as automotive, electronics, or manufacturing.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of product compliance, sustainability, PCF, LCA, CSRD, and experience communicating at different hierarchy levels.
Soft skills: Openness, curiosity, empathy, frustration tolerance, strategic thinking, and a strong customer focus.
Languages: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
Technical skills: Confident in PowerPoint and Excel; ideally knowledge of the MEDDICC sales approach.
